Works great for me, After a while at your true plateau which you haven’t cracked in decades, you’ll take less(busy or cost or ?) stall, and HAVE to up your excercize & Better Dieting efforts all of which I need to do.
Went from 230 or so to 202 or 207 or so but LOTS of work left. Hit 198 once- This stuff supresses my appititte so if you have more won’t-power
than I do It’ll work if your body chemistry is a correct match.
