May not be your personal favorite but carrot juice cleanses and detoxifies our livers! It’s like it was made for alcohol

Calcium and Protein – Who enjoys eating spinach to “get strong bones like Popeye” I don’t even like spinach full stop so I found a different solution to get those strong bones. Carrot juice! External Cuts – Ouch, falling off the kid’s skateboard hurt quite a bit and now I got a nasty scab on my knee. Want it to go away quicker? Have some carrot juice then? Vitamin C which is present in high amounts of carrot juice can help wounds heal quicker.

Prevents Blood Clots – As mentioned before carrot juice is high in Vitamin K, this also helps in clotting of the blood. This prevents loss of blood and hastens the healing process as well.

Prevents Hard Diseases and Improves Immunity – Did you know, carrot juice can help with heart diseases? AND improves immunity! Carrots are rich in vitamin A which is effective in warding off those nasty germs. Vitamin A also helps with keeping the lining of our internal organs intact and healthy to prevent it from being infected by pathogenic organisms.
