In the past I lost 15 pounds twice within 2 months: one time with exercise alone (just walking for a couple hours 2-3 times a week) and the second time by eating salad for lunch and not eating breakfast and in between. Then I regained the weight each time within a few months.
It is my passion to hunt down clues, and piece them together, and along with you, find the best ways to lose weight and help you to make good choices, that will lead to a better lifestyle. After all, everyone is different, right?
